Settled – we were the referring attorney on this case which was handled by a large metropolitan New York City personal injury law firm. plaintiff was descending a ladder when it moved, causing him to fall to the concrete floor below. As a result, he injured his knee, both shoulders, his back, and neck. Plaintiff required one knee surgery, bilateral shoulder surgeries, and cervical and lumbar disc herniations for which he underwent sacroiliac joint fusion.
