Settled – we were the referring attorney on this case which was handled by a large metropolitan New York City personal injury law firm. Plaintiff fell from a temporary makeshift ladder while bringing down a sheet of plywood at a construction site. As a consequence of accident, the plaintiff required both ankle and back surgery. This matter settled prior to trial after a private mediation.
