Plaintiff fell from an unsecured extension ladder while coming out of an excavation pit. Plaintiff was not provided proper safety devices. Plaintiff  suffered injuries to his right knee and back and required two knee surgeries and lower back fusion surgery. This matter was settled prior to trial after a private mediation.
