Settled – involving a 41 year old driver who was making a left turn and was struck by bus who failed to yield the right of way. As a result of the impact, the plaintiff suffered multiple injuries including a single level cervical discectomy surgery and traumatic brain injury.  Case was venued in Rockland County and settled at a pretrial conference.
